We are excited to share our sweet Bayside condo unit with you! It's convenient to so much (just a quick walk or bike ride away!) including ocean AND lake beaches, a beautiful conservation area, restaurants, convenience stores, an ice cream shop and more! Many of which are open year round.

This is a bright and sunny single level, 2BR, 1 BA condo unit on the second floor of an old barn with plenty of room for 4. BR1 has a full bed and BR2 has 1 queen and 1 twin bed, *linens and towels are included with prior agreement. Coin operated Laundry on site. Dedicated parking spot for 1 car with additional guest parking in the rear. There are 4 beach chairs and an umbrella for you to use as well as 2 new beach cruiser, single speed bikes (there are 4 different beaches a 10 min bike ride away). Enjoy the sunset from the deck w/outdoor seating area and grill.

$150/night (2 night min) Labor Day-Memorial Day
Rate does not include the following:
14.45% Dennis short term rental tax
avoid STR tax with a 30 day stay!
$225 mandatory cleaning fee
$250 fully refundable security deposit
1/2 due at booking, balance due 30 days prior to stay
