Welcome!

This is our family-owned vacation home, which we are honored to share with you! My siblings and I have been making memories here since 1971 when it was owned by our Grandfather. The best part is that now, our family, our friends, and our guests are making their own memories here! We generally open up to rentals Aug-Oct. June/July are for family

This is a single level, 3BR, 1 BA cottage with an outdoor shower that sleeps 6 in the following configuration: 1 queen, 2 twins, 2 twins *linens and towels are not included. All twin beds have new mattresses 2022. Laundry on site. Parking for 4 cars. There are beach chairs/toys/umbrellas for you to use as well as yard games, fire pit, grill and outdoor seating area. Sea Street Beach is under 1/4 mile (5-7minute) walk, or a 1 minute bike ride.

14.45% Dennis short term rental tax
$225 mandatory cleaning fee
$250 fully refundable security deposit

"We highly recommend Quivet Neck Cottage as we have been staying there for years now and keep coming back. We originally selected this place for its proximity to Sea Street and Cold Storage beaches. One of us was elderly at the time and we liked when she needed to go to the cottage that we could bring her up and walk back. Things change and new babies were added, the location proves perfect again being a short walk to the beach. Being on the Bay side of the Cape, the tide goes way out providing a perfect place for kids to play safely and for long beach walks. The house suites us nicely as it is well equipped and has a great quiet back yard. There are so many great restaurants close by we frequent and most even have take-out if you want to stay on the beach for sunset."
